Head of Hydro - Engineering

As a Head of Hydro - Engineering, you’ll report to Director-Technical and following tasks would be a part of your job profile:

• Overall responsible for Hydro Power project Engineering and development from concept to commissioning.
• Should have experience of PFR, DPR, Detail design, handling of Engineering issues related to Construction
• Should have full idea of Topographical Survey, Geotechnical Investigations, DPR preparation and clearance from CEA/CEA and other Statutory bodies.
• Sound knowledge of related IS codes and international codes for Hydro power related to Civil component design
• Preparing technical specifications for Civil work & HM works of hydro power, interaction with bidder / Contractor, Preparation of BOM, Costing.
• Infrastructure planning of hydro project, due diligence of Hydro project, risk identification and mitigation etc.

Qualification And Experience:-

We look for experienced personnel with the essential skills that includes:-

• Candidates should be M.E/ M Tech with Hydraulic/ Geotechnical/ Structural from reputed institute with minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Hydro power Engineering or BE/ B.Tech. with more than minimum 20 years of total experience in the required field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Expertise in design related issues
• Familiar with static and dynamic behaviours of structures.
• Awareness of relevant I.S & International codes
• Having sound knowledge of General Civil Engineering Concepts
