Responsibilities:-
Digitization & Automation:-
- Establish a timeline for the automated transfer of raw materials, ensuring a demand-based system that operates on a just-in-time principle.
New Production Introduction & Line Stability:-
- Ensure timely setup and ramp-up of Module lines for the G2G product configuration to maintain line stability.
Business Excellence Initiatives:-
- Align AWMS requirements and track the completion percentage of employee training in 5S initiatives to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
New Module Plant Project:-
- Ensure timely completion of the 5GW Module installation project, adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
Module Plant Equipment Performance:-
- Measure and ensure equipment uptime for both MSEL and MSPVL Module Lines to optimize production efficiency.
Safety at Workplace:-
- Conduct regular safety inspections to achieve the goal of zero fatalities and reduce LTIFR through effective CAPA implementation.
Innovation:-
- Drive the strategic integration of cutting-edge technologies and maintenance best practices to ensure the optimal performance of solar modules.
Organizational & Culture Building:-
- Shape a culture of excellence and accountability, ensuring teams consistently meet performance and reliability standards for module maintenance.
Leadership in Change Management:-
- Lead and manage large-scale change initiatives to implement new technologies and maintenance processes, ensuring seamless transitions and measurable improvements.
People Development:-
Leading from the front & being accountable for the professional growth of your teams. Developing/conducting/promoting training & learning initiatives to enhance skills & empowering them to take ownership of key processes and decisions.
