Green Hydrogen Electrolyzer SME (Process Engg)

• various water electrolysis technologies,  challenges of each technologies, technology selection criterions, Vendor selection criterions.
• Integration aspects of various technologies w.r.t upstream and downstream systems, Balance of Plant design aspects, in-depth knowledge on interdependencies of various electrolysis technologies with Balance of Plant.
• Experience handling green hydrogen / electrolyzer projects at various stages like concept, engineering and also  commissioning aspects.
• Exposure and knowledge on hydrogen storage and compression systems
• Local and International Codes, Standards, Rules and Regulations on Hydrogen Safety
• Exposure of multidisciplinary aspects of electrolyzer / green hydrogen plant designs
• Would be responsible for developing  and guiding a core team on green hydrogen

• Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering : Process Engineering background is preferred
• Engineering experience with minimum 20 years. of a consultancy organisation or technical services department of a Refinery / Petrochemical  / Fertilizer  / Chemical plant.
• Minimum 5 years experience handling electrolyzer related projects or green hydrogen plant / technologies
• Must have hand on experience of Electrolyzer technologies, design, engineering, commissioning experience
• Knowledge on general unit operations like, distillation, filtration, heat transfer etc. Design of heat exchangers, pumps specifications, hydraulics calculations for integration of the electrolyzer unit with Balance of Plant
• Knowledge on utilities system such as cooling water system, Boilers, Compressed Air and Instrument Air system, Nitrogen system etc.
• Exposure on process Simulation software like Hysis, ASPEN, PRO II, Unsim etc. is preferred
• Participation in safety reviews such as HAZOP, SIL etc.
• Knowledge of national, international codes and standards related to electrolyzers, hydrogen units
• Should have good communication skills
• Should have leadership qualities
• Be able to mentor juniors
• Good communication skills, verbal and written so as to communicate with client and lead offices.
