- Oversee the development and co-ordination of the Global PV Yield and Performance team
- Act as PM and oversee the delivery of performance team projects also supporting the wider global program
- Contribute to business management and play an active role in the development of our renewable energy business and teams
- Advise on performance related to technical tools and processes
- Improve documentation and processes to ensure high-quality project outputs
- Co-operate with a wider group to ensure quality of standards worldwide
- Develop in-house tools for delivering and managing work effectively
- Build healthy and productive relationships with clients and identify business growth opportunities
- Oversee development of high-quality proposals
- Collaborate widely with colleagues in other regions, including sector specialists, country managers, and technical colleagues
Qualifications & Experience:-
- Degree in a relevant discipline
- 10 – 15 years of relevant industry experience and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Substantial knowledge and experience of solar PV
- Substantial knowledge of PVSyst and detailed understanding ofsolar yield modelling methodologies for utility scale PV Projects is ESSENTIAL
- Experience in PV operational performance assessment
- Experience in the development and/or design of utility scale renewable energy projects
- Expert knowledge in relation to industry standard software tools relevant to the discipline
- Consulting experience or demonstrated aptitude for managing clients or service delivery will be considered as a plus
- Experience in R&D projects in relation to solar performance will be considered a plus
- Prior experience working in a global engineering consultancy providing yield and performance related independent engineering and due diligence and owners engineering services will be considered a strong advantage
- Wind yield and performance modelling expertise will be considered a plus
