RINA Recruitments Global Technical Lead for Solar Performance Job in Mumbai, Maharashtra

Oversee the development and co-ordination of the Global PV Yield and Performance team
Act as PM and oversee the delivery of performance team projects also supporting the wider global program
Contribute to business management and play an active role in the development of our renewable energy business and teams
Advise on performance related to technical tools and processes
Improve documentation and processes to ensure high-quality project outputs
Co-operate with a wider group to ensure quality of standards worldwide
Develop in-house tools for delivering and managing work effectively
Build healthy and productive relationships with clients and identify business growth opportunities
Oversee development of high-quality proposals
Collaborate widely with colleagues in other regions, including sector specialists, country managers, and technical colleagues

Qualifications & Experience:-

Degree in a relevant discipline
10 – 15 years of relevant industry experience and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
Substantial knowledge and experience of solar PV
Substantial knowledge of PVSyst and detailed understanding of solar yield modelling methodologies for utility scale PV Projects is ESSENTIAL
Experience in PV operational performance assessment
Experience in the development and/or design of utility scale renewable energy projects
Expert knowledge in relation to industry standard software tools relevant to the discipline
Consulting experience or demonstrated aptitude for managing clients or service delivery will be considered as a plus
Experience in R&D projects in relation to solar performance will be considered a plus
Prior experience working in a global engineering consultancy providing yield and performance related independent engineering and due diligence and owners engineering services will be considered a strong advantage
Wind yield and performance modelling expertise will be considered a plus
