Global Electronics and Firmware Engineering Manager

• Maintain design control for all electronics and firmware embedded in the portfolio ensuring performance, health, and compliance of products over their lifecycles
• Deliver major and minor product revisions, standardization, obsolescence management, cost reduction, and quality improvement initiatives
• Partner with other engineering leaders to deliver on product portfolio priorities
• Establish and develop a global electronics and firmware product engineering team across sites and product lines

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:-

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical / electronic engineering or related study
• 5+ years of electronics-based product engineering.  Experience in industrial equipment / devices, motor control, and industrial networking preferred.
• 3+ years management experience including managing global team members
