Full Stack Development Manager

Responsibilities:-

• Angular/React JS web application support and enhancements.
• Work with product manager / lead developer to design and implement enhancements.  Take part in system SDLC including analysis, coding, testing & deployment.
• Work with the business community to turn business requirements into cost-effective and elegant solutions.
• Take ownership of managing the technical parts of the application & delivery.
• Act as go to person everyone turns to resolve any problems in the app.
• Engage with stakeholder/client for requirement understanding and transform them to solutions.
• Help to evaluate from the technical perspective and implement integrations with Service Delivery Applications in the JLL environment.  This includes 3rd party applications and development tools.
• Perform design and code reviews with senior technical staff as needed.
• Take part in mentoring less senior team members when necessary.

Experience & Education:-

• 5+ years of experience
• College-degree or equivalent.  Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
• Technology:  Has strong experience in Angular/React JS (UI), Node.js (API) along with SQL server (DB) and all related technologies, networking fundamentals, and exposure to other platforms such Azure Cloud App & Azure SQL DB.  Candidate should be versed in diverse technologies.
• Must have at least 4 years’ experience working with complex systems with thousands of users and complex business requirements in a technical leadership capacity.
• Exceptional debugging skills and strong experience with performance tuning/optimization.
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to effectively multitask.
• Good estimation and project management skills.
• Strong foundation in variety of development methodologies.
• Ability to coach and define practices to make entire team improve.
