Financial Analyst

• Supporting the strategic initiatives for expansion into new businesses in domesticas well as overseas markets.
• Analyzing & reviewing financial statements.
• Preparation of financial models and projections for proposals evaluated.
• Preparation of proposals for top management decision making.
• Consolidating and providing necessary MIS reports of existing and new businesses.
• Internal coordination with Projects, Regulatory, Legal and other departments for quick resolution and smooth progress of the projects.
• Coordinating and liaising for legal, financial and other due diligence documents involved in new ventures.
• Support line manager in deal screening, due diligence, financial modeling, deal execution, legal documentation, etc.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and sense of urgency.

Qualification and Experience:-

• MBA in Finance with or without prior work experience, from a college of repute.
• Proficiency in financial modeling.
• Good knowledge of legal and financial structures and ability to assess new business opportunities in light of existing legal and financial environment.
