Field Service Team Leader / Coordinator

Responsibilities:-

• Manage operative daily service delivery activities locally within assigned responsibility areas, through Salesforce, SAP, and other related tool(s)
• Lead and coach personnel within own team.
• Implement assigned actions in order to meet the set targets.
• Ensure the development of the personnel within the assigned team.
• Work in accordance with business as well as Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines.
• Cooperate with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as “point of contact” for both internal & external Customers

Qualification And Experience:-

• Any Bachelor Engineering Degree (Mechanical engineers shall be preferred)
• Minimum experience of 5 years in the Marine Industry
• Very good communication skills
• Cost awareness & effectiveness
• Problem solving & decision-making skills
• Quality, health, safety & environmental awareness
• Reporting & analyzing skills
• Teamwork skills
• MS Office
