Field Service Engineer – Feeders

Responsibilities:-

• Develops relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
• Visit Customer and generate lead through interactions.
• New Job Execution and handing over to client.
• Handling service calls, on time service and give quality service within defined time.
• Revenue generation by promoting AMC and spares.
• Report to respective department when there is a change in design.
• Report management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualification And Experience:-

• Bachelor’s Engineering degree / Diploma from a reputed university specializing in Instrumentation/Electrical.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in service execution of weighing systems.

Skills:-

• Understanding Electro-Mechanical documents & Customer GA Drawings.
• Technical Know-how.
• Computer Knowledge: MS Office
• Communication Verbal / Mail / Documentation.
• Writing and Reporting, preparing manuals and documents.
