- Planning, charting and managing suitable business strategies and models for electronic security segment.
- Work with your team with an aim to achieve the revenue, project execution and Receivables collection targets set to you in each year.
- Planning budgets, including expense budgets and sales targets for your team with prior approval of the Company and periodic evaluation of the targets set.
- Carry out regular in house sales and technical training so that sales and technical staff are abreast with the latest technology and aware of the goals to achieve.
- Identify prospect customers and develop business for our products for the region allotted to you.
- Business Development and Sales revenue.
- Forecast and achievement of top as well as bottom line targets.
- Development and maintenance of existing accounts.
