Roles & Responsibility:-
- Responsibility of identifying “new” process, methods and tools definition in line with the industry evolution and progression.
- Defining, “new” process innovation, technology innovation and industry best practices to make best in class Process Landscape
- Engagement with Delivery organization for process implementation support
- Roll out of critical process changes with examples, case studies, etc.
- Responsible for bringing “new” process innovation
- Support in process improvements in line with company goals
Qualification & Skills:-
- BE in CS/Electronics Engineering from a reputed university
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, A-SPICE, CMMI models is a must
- Experience in handling internal audits, certified internal auditor is added advantage
- 6 to 8 years of experience in Quality Engineering
Soft Skills:-
- Interpersonal skills and collaboration with other stakeholders and team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Good influencing skill for driving initiatives
