Engineering Process Group (EPG) - Process Definition and Implementation

Roles & Responsibility:-

• Responsibility of identifying “new” process, methods and tools definition in line with the industry evolution and progression.
• Defining, “new” process innovation, technology innovation and industry best practices to make best in class Process Landscape
• Engagement with Delivery organization for process implementation support
• Roll out of critical process changes with examples, case studies, etc.
• Responsible for bringing “new” process innovation
• Support in process improvements in line with company goals

Qualification & Skills:-

•  BE in CS/Electronics Engineering from a reputed university
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, A-SPICE, CMMI models is a must
• Experience in handling internal audits, certified internal auditor is added advantage
• 6 to 8 years of experience in Quality Engineering

Soft Skills:-

• Interpersonal skills and collaboration with other stakeholders and team members
• Excellent communication skills
• Good influencing skill for driving initiatives
