Knowledge on system consisting of multiple eqpts covering it’s integration , sizing , layout , E&I Interface , erection , Operation and maintenance
Product development and manufacturing knowledge
Knowledge on typical Electrolyser will be added advantage
Principles of design covering strength of materials – Deflection / Bending moment / shear force / young’s modulus / stress / strain / Mohr’s circle
3D modeling and analysis software tools viz. Ansys, Nx , Solid edge , Creo etc
Knowledge on ACAD, hands on experience, database management software
Mechanical transmission components – Gearbox, couplings, bearings,
Material handling covering stacker / Reclaimer, roller chain, belt conveyors, screw conveyors, pan conveyors, bucket elevators, drag chain, Enmass
Fluid dynamics covering energy, power, pressure, temperature – pumps, fans, blowers
