Engineer – Sustenance – Order Engineering

Key Responsibilities:-

• To generate order engineering deliverables e.g. Bill of material, Customer drawings technical order review, technical documents, etc. for TOV.
• .To create and Review 3D part & assembly models, 2D manufacturing drawings thru CAD tools.
• To create manufacturing drawing including dimensional and geometrical tolerances.
• To create and maintain ERP bill of material data to support manufacturing of TOV products.
• To build relationship across functions, locations & global teams to gain information/knowledge and shares with team.

Desired Educational Qualification:-

• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.
• In addition to basic education – CAD tools like – AutoCAD, Pro-E, CATIA and ERP system certification / experience will be preferred.

Technical Skills / Knowledge Required:-

• Sound Experience on ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, BaaN etc.
• Proficient in engineering CAD, PLM tools preferably  Autodesk Vault, Solid works PDM Pro etc.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, materials used in General mechanical industry and dimensional / geometrical tolerances (GD & T).
• Thoroughness in documentation, attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal) and effectively communicate with Local, Global & cross-functional teams.
