This role is for Quality department as Quality Assurance.
Responsibilities:-
- Facilitate ISO9001:2015 related activities like quality management certification/surveillance audits, awareness programs, process improvement, etc.
- Provide quality relevant input to quality manager on QA/QC matters highlighted by Client and to sales & tendering process.
- Actively contribute to developing/updating quality management system local work instructions, procedures, formats, templates of business processes. Support developing global work instructions.
- Ensure that product or management system non-conformances/issues, are properly investigated, corrective actions are proposed /implemented until closure.
- Actively contribute to implementation, documentation, and execution of the quality management system including Quality Assurance/Control system across company and supplier.
- Perform management reviews, supplier audits & internal audits. Follow up closure of audit findings.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and provide input for quality developments to suppliers/fabricator.
- Perform prequalification assessments of suppliers/fabricators and suppliers/fabricator QMS audits. Ensure satisfactory closure of audit findings & update approved vendor list.
- Monitor, Compile, analyze & report Cost of Quality, project execution satisfaction survey, post-delivery quality, etc.
- Contribute to defining, documenting, maintaining roles & responsibilities.
- Ensure regular updating of competency matrix, training plans, training records, risks, opportunities etc.
- Ensure organizational quality objectives, customer feedback is monitored and analyzed regularly.
- Effectively Percolate global quality initiatives in COE & contribute to continuous improvements.
Qualification And Experience:-
- Degree / Diploma in mechanical, production, E&TC, Electrical engineering or related field.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, chemical, petrochemical, EPC/3rd party certification agency.
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead auditor
- Management Representative experience will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrate personal commitment to safety and quality culture.
- Well conversant with MS office, word & PowerPoint etc.
- Well conversant with national and international codes/standards related to material, NDE, welding, coating etc.
- Auditor certification in ISO14001/ISO45001 is an additional advantage.
