Engineer - GISOCC IS Infrastructure

As a 24x7 team member, you will be responsible to: 

• Global knowledge about Infrastructure activities 
  • You should perfectly know infra applications and activities of the team
  • You should understand all the process and logics of Service Requests & Incidents of Infra
  • You should know all Operating Procedure & Documentations of Infra
  • You should understand the interactions between the Infra teams, SCs & ITCs
• Ensure application Service with Quality & On-time Delivery(SLA)
  • You should analyze Service requests raised by our valeo users and understand the requirement
  • You should push for ticket resolution and ensure support our valeo users within SLA
  • You should prepare and participate to tickets review with infra Team Leads
  • You should monitor the performance and activities in the team and escalate to Service Delivery Manager with relevant report
• Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are up-to date and used
  • You should contribute to Operating Procedure of L2 activities update and maintenance
  • You should use Operating procedure to execute the service request and highlight any miss in doc
  • You should execute the maintenance activities of Infra team and ensure reporting to relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate with the Infra Leaders
  • You should report any blocking/major issues which are not under control to your N+1
  • You should participate to Daily meeting and share your feedback
  • You should provide some metrics on your activities (mainly JIRA, Time Tracking & Efficiency metrics)
