Engineering series support to production for hydraulic vane pump
Localization of components for vane pump
Changes and creation of part list, BOM and material master in SAP
3D models and drawings creation under CREO
Verification and testing of proto vane pump
Implementation of engineering document change request with ECR

Qualifications:-

B.E. / M. Tech in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience from Hydraulics industries

Must have:-

Know-how of hydraulic vane pump.
Software expertise: CREO – Modelling, assembly, drawing of machined parts.
Experience in design of machined components & knowledge of manufacturing technologies.
Experience in material selection on various components as per functional requirement
Knowledge of FMEA, GD&T and tolerance analysis
Good Communication and collaboration skills

Will be considered as advantage having exposure of:-

Know-how of hydraulic valves and components
Structural FEM knowledge
SAP and PDM knowledge
Casting design
