Job Description

  • Electrical design of battery based energy storage systems
  • Intergation of battery cells into modules, racks and systems
  • Electrical standards for ESS and certification
  • Review and design of the production process for LiIon batteries.
  • Specify and inspect specific equipment for large scale LiIon battery manufacturing.
  • Review the quality of the battery production equipment and the process.
  • Develop of a capital investment models for new battery production facilities.
  • Develop of a supply chain strategy and costing model for LiIon battery production inputs and raw materials.
  • Developing a holistic feasibility study for a LiIon production facility.
  • Produce a PFMEA for the LiIon battery production process.
  • Produce process diagrams and production throughput assessments for LiIOn production facilities.
  • Conducting inspections of Contract Manufacturers for Energy Storage Systems (ESS).
  • Manage the industrialization and production release process for new ESS products
  • Interface between Local Contract Manufacturer and Overseas Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)

Qualification And Experience:-

  • 1 – 10 Years of industrial experience in ESS or LiIon Battery design or manufacturing
  • Engineering Degree
