Electronics Project Leader

Technical:-

• Hands on experience in Design, Product Development and testing, Life Cycle Management of Electronics Products
• Should have thorough knowledge in Various Switching Topologies like Buck-Boost, SEPIC, Bridge etc.,
• Should have good experience in design justification & design rules about Electronic Devices like, BJTs, Power MOSFETs, IGBTs, Scotty Diodes, etc.,
• Good Knowledge about Analog and Power Circuit design, MOSFET Drive circuits, Control ICs, and other Passive Devices etc.,
• Good Experience in application of Microprocessor/ Microcontrollers and communication like CAN/LIN in designs with good understanding towards Hardware-Software interfaces,
• Exposure to High Speed circuit designs involving memories, High Speed processors/communication
• Good Knowledge about EMI/EMC concepts/Design Techniques, in Mixed Signal electronics and High speed digital circuits,
• Should have knowledge about various EMI/EMC / Safety compliance standards as per ISO/CISPR/ EN /UL etc.,
• Should have good knowledge in DV / PV tests and correlation in Design,
• Should understand PCB Layout concepts and techniques for Power, Mixed and Digital circuits,
• Should have good hands on in HW circuit simulation, Worst-case analysis , different HW related tests etc.,
• Good Knowledge about Thermal Design and test related to electronic design,
• Knowledge about Reliability Testing and methods,
• Good hands on in Requirement management, Traceability management, Risk management, Problem Solving in projects
• Good knowledge and experience in Automotive lighting electronics, Motor control/drive electronics is an added advantage.

Professional Experience:-

• Overall Experience of around 8 to 12 years in HW design and development with full Project life cycle experimentation
• Experience in Hardware design and development for automotive industry is added advantage
