Electrical Engineer Plant Design

On a day-to-day basis, you will:-

• Collaborate with skilled engineers to create an optimal electrical design
• Be involved in engineering calculations, technical specifications, data sheets and reports
• Prepare single line diagrams, cable schedules, load lists, D.B. schedules, HAC schedules, and MTOs
• Work on high/low voltages, generating load flow, short circuit, and relay coordination reports using PowerFactory
• Work on PC Schematic for generating control circuit drawings
• Work and coordinate electrical designs in Aveva E3D and BIM 360 with designers
• Prepare and review electrical equipment datasheets
• Work on Autocad to generate 2D layout drawings of electrical and instrumentation
• Be involved in inter-departmental coordination and communication with colleagues in India and Europe

Qualification And Experience:-

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5-8 years of experience
• Concept study, FEED and detailed engineering experience for O&G plants
• Experience in PowerFactory (or ETAP) and PC Schematic
• Knowledge of E3D/PDMS. Visio software will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with the main subject areas within electrical (LV, MV and HV systems)
• Experience in Earthing, lightning and lighting design for industrial units
• Experience in working on projects involving Hazardous environments
• Knowledge in IEC, IEEE, NEMA, NFPA and API standards
• Knowledge of Instrumentation deliverables like interconnecting diagrams, Hook-up, Loop diagram etc
