Job Description

Responsibilities:-

  • Designing of electrical control panels, interfacing & knowledge in various Power sources
  • Cable & Harness designing for AC modules / capital equipment / Sensors / Temp Controllers etc.
  • Design electrical / electronic engineering assemblies, layouts / schematics and detailed drawings
  • Preparing engineering specification documents, Test specs., interface with other BU engineering depts., software teams and manufacturing teams.
  • Documentation for product release.
  • CRAMS Testing
  • To work closely with North America group and suppliers / contract manufacturers
  • Coordinate the procurement and assembly of electrical/electronic components/equipment.
  • identify sources of problems in critical parts and subsystems to resolve technical issues. Troubleshoot a variety of complex issues, electrical problems.
  • Perform engineering analysis on Field issues, Module Failures, Interact with Filed Engineers for bug resolution

Qualifications:-

  • Electrical major in B.Tech. / B.E. or M.Tech. / M.E.

Job Specific Knowledge:-

  • Hands on experience in Electronic, Electrical Hardware designs, capital equipment control panel designing.
  • Knowledge in Analog & Digital circuit design.
  • knowledge in Semi, IEC, ANSI, NEC protocols / Standards
  • Knowledge of component Obsol. & selection, schematic generation, layout reviews
  • interconnect design, cable and harness design
  • Knowledge in UL / CE, Semi Safety requirements,

Must have skills:

  • Very Good Communication and interpersonal relationship skills

Good to have skills:-

  • Working knowledge TeamCenter Engineering
  • Semiconductor or solar cell manufacturing processes
  • OrCAD, PADS, E3S
