Job Description

Role Responsibilities:-

  • Work closely with Engineers and other Designers to accurately interpret the engineering design of 3D PDMS model for offshore projects using PDMS.
  • Software : PDMS, MDS, AutoCAD, E3D, Aveva Cable Design,  Navis Work
  • 3D PDMS modelling of Power & Control Cable Trays, Cable Tray Supports, Lighting Fixtures, Welding Sockets, JBs, LCS etc.
  • Extraction of equipment’s & cable trays using PDMS.
  • Customization, Templates & Cataloguing, Macros for different applications using PDMS.
  • Co-ordination with Inter-disciplines for clash checks & resolves.
  • Co-ordination with the clients for clarifications regarding layout drawings, documents, Installation drawings.

Education:-

  • Diploma in Instrumentation/Electrical.

Experience:-

  • 5- 10 years relevant experience in the offshore Oil & Gas industry with specific experience on Electrical design for Offshore Oil and Gas facilities – Wellhead platforms, Fixed Process Platforms, FPSO topsides modules & Turret Mooring System.
