- Report to the local Measurement Solutions Leader
- Closely work with Global product leader for program management
- Develop and implement strategies towards talent development and aligning the vision of global product group
- Identify and implement plans for technical competency development at EICP
- Attract, develop, appraise and retain qualified and skilled staff.
- Set the goals and mentor the team to build capabilities, benchmark industry best practices and technologies for speeding up product development
- Develop and managing budget to fund yearly operations and infrastructure development
- Ensures projects/programs are well defined, prioritized, tracked, and communicated in a consistent and effective manner. Incorporates best project management practices
- Provide guidance and advise as subject matter expert on development & test
- Nurture innovative and quality development culture within organization
- Develop business continuity plan to ensure seamless operations
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:-
- B.E./ B.Tech./ M.E./ M.Tech in Electronics/ Software engineering
- Minimum 12 years overall and 3 years’ experience in Leadership role
- Ability to flex working hours to accommodate global time differences
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:-
- Experience leading and executing engineering project teams that developed new products
- Experience in relevant technologies and functions
- Knowledge and use of New Product Development staged gate Agile processes
- Experience working with international teams
- Excellent presentation and persuasion skills
