EcoStruxure Power Performance Analyst

In the EcoStruxure Power Performance Analyst role, you will be responsible for driving performance management function supporting transformation activities, demand generation, pipeline creation and revenue performance of EcoStruxure Power for the end user segments.

Responsibilities:-

• Managing Transformation success
  • Define and follow the financial/non financial KPIs, and related dashboards, that are relevant to measure the efficiency of the ESX transformation for the main strategic segments and Value Stream of Power Systems.
  • Work with the factories and countries on deployment, adoption and data management needed to support these transformations
  • Contribute to the implementation of the L1 / L2 / L3 connectivity/ connectability definitions trough the assets tracking in the different  upstream tools to give the right visibility of the Digital business
• Continuously monitor and update the scope of EcoStruxure Power reporting
  • As the nature of EcoStruxure Power solutions evolve for our end user customers, the scope of financial reporting will change, and will be regularly update.  These scope changes need to be reflected in various reporting systems, both for the pipeline and the revenue tracking purposes
• Track and analyze demand generation and pipeline activities
  • Create and follow the dashboards that monitor demand generation activities such as marketing campaign effectiveness, Sales & Marketing Automation and other demand generation channels
  • Follow EcoStruxure Power pipeline creation, by segment, geography, offers and go to market, to enable clear business management tools at the global and country level
• Monitor Global performance
  • Results and data quality – of ESX Power Systems  in the Schneider Global tools : Digital Flywheel, BFO, Greenberry for the 3 layers of ESX.
  • Prepare performance management slides for the quarterly business reviews with the management teams

• Advanced in Office (Excel, Power Point)
• Tableau skills is preferred
