Job Description

We are looking for Director Systems Engineering who can manage all aspects of people management and has a good knowledge of MCUs (Micor-controllers) and IoT systems.

Responsibilities:-

  • Manage and provide leadership to a diverse product development team in a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Involved in all aspects of people management: 1-1s, Staff meetings, Team all-hands, career progression, workforce planning, hiring and retention.
  • Plans, organizes, drives, and controls the project deliverables and the quality of each deliverable.
  • Deploy solutions to customers; Manage customer expectations and Support in the planning and tracking of schedules and deliverables.
  • Responsible for failure analysis; Candidate shall have an attitude to understand the root cause and implement corrective action and create a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance to business processes
  • Collect and present high-level accurate status reports to executive management

Qualification And Experience:-

  • You are an ideal fit to the role if you meet the below mentioned criteria
    • BTech/MTech in electronics/computer science
    • 15+ years of overall experience in R&D inclusive of 5+ years of managerial experience.
    • Have a good experience in leading and managing moderate sized engineering teams. Solid understanding of systems.
    • Good understanding of engineering processes to development and release high quality systems. Good understanding and experience in managing projects.
    • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
    • Good knowledge of MCUs (Micor-controllers) and IoT systems.
