We are looking for Director Systems Engineering who can manage all aspects of people management and has a good knowledge of MCUs (Micor-controllers) and IoT systems.
Responsibilities:-
- Manage and provide leadership to a diverse product development team in a matrixed organizational structure.
- Involved in all aspects of people management: 1-1s, Staff meetings, Team all-hands, career progression, workforce planning, hiring and retention.
- Plans, organizes, drives, and controls the project deliverables and the quality of each deliverable.
- Deploy solutions to customers; Manage customer expectations and Support in the planning and tracking of schedules and deliverables.
- Responsible for failure analysis; Candidate shall have an attitude to understand the root cause and implement corrective action and create a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and enforce compliance to business processes
- Collect and present high-level accurate status reports to executive management
Qualification And Experience:-
- You are an ideal fit to the role if you meet the below mentioned criteria
- BTech/MTech in electronics/computer science
- 15+ years of overall experience in R&D inclusive of 5+ years of managerial experience.
- Have a good experience in leading and managing moderate sized engineering teams. Solid understanding of systems.
- Good understanding of engineering processes to development and release high quality systems. Good understanding and experience in managing projects.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MCUs (Micor-controllers) and IoT systems.
