Job Description

  • Case registration and allocation in CRM.
  • Verify and/or provide customers license for digital data/information upon request.
  • Provide sales team with assistance in quotations upon request.
  • Process orders for digital data/information.
  • Organize and aggregate digital data before releasing it to Customers.
  • Provide weekly digital data updates and new edition upon vessel request.
  • Informing Sales coordinator upon receiving new information or any change requested by the customer – Route optimization and verification of fair usage policy for charts and publication requests for vessels under Flat Fee contacts.
  • Follow Quality Management system requirements, Must comply with all the requirements of all internal regulatory documents of the company.
  • Receive incoming calls from customers/end-user for support.

Education:-

  • Graduate Engineer.

Experience:-

  • 2-3 years of minimum experience from Marine Navigation preferred, ENC cartography support, Customer Support.

Location:-

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra.
