Design Engineer, Modernization Electrical Engineering

Responsibilities:-

• Studying Sales data or inputs received from Project team thoroughly.
• Attending Project KOM and discuss all unclear points to be clarified.
• Should be able to carry out electrical engineering aspects such as Motor calculation, Inverter selection, switchgear selection, cables and other electrical engineering calculations.
• Detail Engineering (Electrical drawing preparation, Panel GA, Cable length calculation, Multi-level Bill of materials for material procurement, Drive parameterization, site execution plan)
• Communication with cross functional teams.
• Travel to factory and sites whenever necessary.
• Always Maintain and align with the company’s brand value, Safety standards, ethics & code of conduct.
• Take active participation in technical discussions, Standardization projects,
• Innovations.Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards

Technical Competencies and Skills Required:-

• Technical Knowledge of Electrical design of Industrial cranes (preferably EOT cranes) or Material handling equipment’s.
• Sound knowledge of Preparation of Electrical drawings with Panel layout, SLD, Schematics, Bill of Material & Cable List.
• Hands On experience on electrical design software’s- E-plan, Zuken E3 CAD, Auto CAD
• Knowledge of inverter selection & parametrization.
• Knowledge of Siemens, Mitsubishi PLC is an added advantage.
• Introduction to Product Documentation system (Teamcenter or equivalent PLM tools.)
• Experience working with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Konecranes Global products (Preferable in case of internal resource)
