Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design of machinery, structures and their sub-systems, accessories for industrial, construction, stage (auditorium) application
- Understanding system requirements, creating concepts based on defined requirements, and detailed design to meet the project & system specifications
- Selection of electro-mechanical drives and standard machine elements.
- Creating 3D model, assemblies, assembly & manufacturing drawings with standards + new templates
- Simulation of components/assemblies based on the loads and standards
- Engineering calculation & documentation
- SAP activities for material number creation/modification, BOM Export, etc.,
- Pro-Active, quick learning and capable of handling the task independently
Qualification And Experience:-
- Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering
Mandatory skills:-
- Industry experience in the machine design with a good technical background, product development process / cycle
- Proficient in Creo, SAP & PDM Wind chill, MS office tools
- SAP knowledge – PR0/PR1
- Manufacturing process & fabrication
- GD&T and DIN/ISO standards
- Basic knowledge in electrical drives and related actuators/sensors
- Good problem solving & analytical capabilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable skills:-
- Finite element analysis
- Basic Knowledge in Auto-CAD
- German language will be added advantage
- Basic knowledge on hydraulics & pneumatic
