Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design of control valves/pumps components for Industrial/mobile hydraulics & it’s calculations
  • Creating concepts based on defined requirements, Detail Design to meet the project & product specific standards
  • Selection of hydraulic components/cartridges
  • To carry out ECM and SAP activities according to the standards
  • Creo & PDM Wind chill : Creating 3D CAD Parts, Assemblies & Assembly Drawings with GD&T/Mfg. tolerances according to Manufacturing Guidelines
  • Tolerance Stack-up Analysis for Part and Assembly Level
  • Prepare documentation / presentation of concepts and clarifications
  • BOM generation / creation activity using DC standard templates
  • Knowledge in product development process / cycle
  • Pro-Active, quick learning and capable of handling the task independently.
  • Good problem solving & analytical capabilities with Good communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification And Experience:-

  • Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering

Additional Information:-

  • Working experience in mechanical domain in design of industrial/mobile hydraulics system (control valves, pumps, etc.,) with  4 – 8 years experience
