Responsibilities:-
- Receives customer’s complaints of solar module or from solar farms by telephone or mail, and provides information requested. Log the complaints post receiving of complete details.
- Analyses the complaints, discuss it with the concern team to resolve using 8D method and finally reply to the marketing dept. with the appropriate report.
- If require visit the customer site along with marketing team for analysis the defect.
- Takes the CAPA from the concern department for the betterment of the practices.
- Assists in warranty management and Replacements as needed.
- Maintains liaison with other departments for complaints completion.
- Audit the corrective and preventive actions taken to control the complaints.
- Prepared Monthly customer complaints PPT & circulate to team for information.
Qualifications and Experience:-
- Education: B.Tech. / B.E. with 4-8 Years of experience

- Mundra, Gujarat.
