Deputy Manager – Electrical Maintenance

Role & Responsibilities:-

• Monitor & control PM,CM,CBM,RCM, Break down maintenance
• Plan outage works
• Tripping Analysis and identify the root cause.
• Monitor and execution of Annual/ Capital overhaul maintenance
• Interface with other departments to achieve set plant goals
• Practice & implement Safety measures for departmental staff to achieve zero Incident/accident goals.
• Monitor contractor’s works to perform timely & quality work.
• Monitor ISO Standards implementation, records & compliance
• Identify and Implement best practices, 100 % Equipment availability and PLF. 
• Identify and implement system improvement and PM compliance
• Identifying Spares requirements and inventory management.
• Reduce SOC & Auxiliary Power Consumption.

Essential Qualification:-

• BE / B.Tech (Electrical)

Experience:-

• 8 – 10 Years

Essential Area of Expertise:-

• Knowledge of all electrical equipment’s like generator, transformers, relays, ESP,HT/LT switchgears, DC system, HV & LV Motors, EOT Crane etc.
• Basic Knowledge on Protection systems and protection philosophy. Tripping analysis and able to identify the root cause and develop Corrective/ Preventive actions.
• Knowledge of SAP

Requisite skills:-

• Trouble shooting, Visualising and reporting, Reading drawings / settings, Guiding sub ordinates
