Responsibilities:-
- Ownership of the quality, coverage, and accuracy of our database of power generation projects in the APAC region
- Monitoring and communicating data quality
- Line management of a team of 8 research associates and analysts: Provide feedback, establish goals, train, hire, and monitor performance
- Coordinate with other regional managers to plan, prioritize, assign, and execute projects
- Monitor and field inquiries from customers and colleagues about our data
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple time zones and disciplines to uncover pain points, process improvements, and product requirements
Qualification and Experience:-
- At least 2 years of experience in the power and renewables industry
- At least 2 years of experience in a role with line management responsibilities
- Experience working in environments reliant on Excel, PowerBi, PowerQuery, and SQL
- Excited about building, guiding, and inspiring a global team of associates and analysts
- Hands on approach to problem solving that delves into the details while maintaining the ability to succinctly propose solutions to steer decisions
- Independently completes projects given time and platform constraints
- Desire to play a key role in the energy transition by curating the data that catalyzes progress
- Passionate ownership of projects and excitement to share accomplishments with fellow Woodmackers
- Fluent in English. Bonus language skills: Mandarin, Spanish
