Construction Coordinator/Project Manager

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage procurement of materials and resources.
• Prepare and present progress reports to clients and management.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Proven experience in project management or construction coordination.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
