Compensation & Benefit Specialist

This is a Compensation & Benefit Specialist role, reporting to the Team Lead and will be based in Bangalore. As a core member of the C&B team, you will be responsible for handling service processes related to Compensation and Benefits for an assigned business unit or geography.

Responsibilities:-

• Supporting Annual Incentive Plan and managing Compensation and Benefits administration.
• Assisting in driving annual compensation processes and working on ERP platform SAP-HR.
• Ensuring appropriate service delivery support for internal stakeholders and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders.
• Ensuring execution and delivery of Compensation and Benefits services according to defined Service Level Agreements(s).
• Communicating information regarding policies and standards on Compensation and Benefits to internal stakeholders as needed.
• Capturing data related to Compensation and Benefits into appropriate systems as necessary. Recording employee inquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool).
• Demonstrating proficiency in MS – Office, organizing and coordination and analytic skills. Leading process improvement projects as and when required.
• Guiding or mentoring and supporting other team members in meeting the SLAs, who are not in reporting structure.
• Recommending enhancements and simplification of existing Compensation and Benefits processes and procedures based on experience with stakeholders.

Your background:-

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any stream.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits from a reputed organization.
• Having experience in HR Shared Services for a Global Company will be an added advantage.
• Good to have exposure to numerical data handling and payroll.
• Proficiency in MS Office, along with organizing, coordinating and excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Zeal to learn new technologies and continuous improvement, ability to multitask to deliver to cross-functional teams.
