Community Solar- Subscription Analyst

We are looking for someone self-driven, and passionate about solar to fill the Community Solar – Subscriptions Analyst role at our office in Hyderabad.

As a Community Solar- Subscription Analyst for our U.S. Community solar Projects, you can contribute to our team by:

• Reviewing and analyzing monthly utility reports for each community solar project
• Reviewing and reconciling community solar credits generated for each subscriber
• Replacing lost subscribers from the waitlist,
• Updating CRM tools/Databases (eg. Hubspot, PowerApps etc) and subscriber online dashboard
• Sending periodic communications to subscribers
• Responding/addressing/resolving subscriber complaints/concerns/enquiries, maintaining subscriber documentation.
• Develop reporting tools to effectively communicate monthly billing results across the portfolio.
• Establish policies and controls for every billing period to ensure that systems and procedures are being followed
• Effectively communicate with both internal staff and external customers and clients.

Preferred Education and/or Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related education
• Two (2) year experience in Solar/Renewable energy/ Power Markets in Community solar
• Experience with Data Analysis
• Experience in Customer support/ Customer success management
• Exposure to CRM tools usage (Hubspot) and MS Office tools
• Preference will be given to experts in PowerBi.
