Commercial Manager

• Providing legal solutions across corporate and regulatory laws while identifying the existing and probable legal issues. Candidates shall possess ability to analyse legal implications on various issues and advising management on it.
• Drafting, Vetting and Review of domestic or International Contracts and Service contracts (including engineering contracts) in coordination with US counterpart.
• Reviewing of various Agreements (including cross border agreements and those for local projects) in coordination with US counterpart.
• Drafting of transactional documents including Bank Guarantees, Confidentiality Agreements and Memorandum of Understandings.
• Timely submissions to concerned authorities in connection with ITES Registration.
• Knowledge in legal aspect relating to various Labour Laws, Shops and Establishments Legislations, Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition), Act, Tax Related Matters, Company Secretarial Matters, etc…
• Dispute Analysis and strategic planning for legal matter within BMI and coordinating with consultant.

Qualifications And Experiences:-

• LLB with 5 to 10 years of experience.
