Sterlite Power Transmission Limited Recruitments Chief Manager- Projects (Solar) Job in Fatehgarh, Punjab

Responsibilities:-

Responsible of Project construction to Achieve contractual schedule
Responsible of Testing and commissioning of Solar plant including Pooling substation, GSS, SCADA, ICR electrical, AC & DC cabling, String and Central Invertors, Transmission line etc.
Good hands-on experience of Tracker, Central & string Invertors, SCADA, Robotics, CCTV etc.
Maintain high and required standard of safety at site.
Ensure achievement of highest quality levels on site.
Maintain and manage various stakeholder to ensure timely delivery of project.
Team management and mentoring on site as applicable.
Site compliance audits and checks.
Responsible for overall management of Solar project site.
Daily / Weekly / Monthly project status reporting as applicable

Qualification And Experience:-

BE with minimum 10 years of experience is mandatory.
Proven track record in site construction management is required.
Ability to work with other stakeholders in ensuring the cross functional support is extended to the projects.
