Job Description

  • Focusing on month end treasury books closing.
  • Timely renewal of working capital limit from existing banks.
  • Management of LC/BG limit. Preparation of LC/BG MIS.
  • Daily cash flow management.
  • Assisting team in timely opening of LC and BG from various banks.
  • Maintain and build sustainable relationships with working capital lenders and Credit rating agencies etc.

Qualifications And Experiences:-

  • 10 years of experience with working capital management, trade finance and Fund-Raising exposure.
  • Experience of end-to-end lifecycle in relation to fund raise from Term Sheet level to documentation, disbursement, and subsequent compliances.
  • Chartered Accountant/ MBA in Finance with relevant work experience.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:-

  • Approaching new lenders for additional working capital requirement.
  • Managing the Sanction related Compliances and other submissions.
  • SPOC for internal audit and statutory audit with respect to treasury.
  • Coordinating with different stakeholders for MIS / Review presentation with Sr. Management.
  • Managing the documentation process with Counsels / Lenders and the post sanction / documentation / disbursement.
  • Implement and institute best practices in working capital finance function.
