Job Description

The ideal individual will be responsible for leading end to end program management of critical digital initiatives of the business acquisition department.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:-

  • Drive operations for Trans Analyst 1.0 and suggest efficiencies, course corrections and ways to optimize/strengthen the product.
  • Manage the development, track project progress of Trans Analyst 2.0, CanvasR, document repository and other upcoming digital use cases in the capacity of a product owner.
  • Continually be on the lookout for new digital interventions/better ways of working and to make processes more streamlined and automated to bolster overall efficiency of the bidding process.
  • Development of Power BI/analytics dashboards.
  • Showcase stakeholder management by coordinating between user and development team and ensuring project remains on track.

Qualifications And Experiences:-


  • MBA from premier B-school.
  • Relevant experience in project management of digital initiatives.
  • A go-getter attitude with the ability to deliver under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.


  • Experience in Agile way of Product development.
  • Experience in Digital Product development.
  • PMP or similar certification in project management.
  • Knowledge of energy/power Industry.
