We are seeking an experienced Contract and Commercial Manager to join our team at Serentica, a leading renewable power developer. The successful candidate will have a strong background in contracts and commercial management, with expertise in wind contracting, strategic commercial planning, and contract negotiation.
Responsibilities:-
- The role will be responsible for managing the contract lifecycle, driving business growth, securing new client contracts, and enhancing service offerings.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, from discussion to execution, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Negotiate favourable contract terms with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Develop and execute strategic commercial plans to drive business growth, secure new client contracts, and enhance service offerings.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts and commercial activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of projects.
- Provide commercial support to project development, construction, and operations teams.
- Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to inform commercial strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
