Business Translator

Responsibilities:-

• Understand business problems and identify challenges and constraints
• Design digital and advance analytics solutions to business problems
• Implement the solution with an understanding of end-to-end architecture
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders involved in implementation of the solution
• Identify opportunities for implementation of new use cases
• Drive good data governance and adherence to SOPs
• Interact with data scientists, data engineers, UI/UX designers and effectively convey the desired solution design

Our Ideal candidate:-

• Education – Engineering (preferably Electrical/Electronics/IT) + MBA
• Experience Range – 5+ years
• Experience in wind/solar energy field (Operations, project management etc)
• Good program management, Project planning & coordination skills
• Good Experience of working in cross functional teams
• Analytical approach to problem solving with focus on solution delivery
• Capable of extrapolating current situation to future scenarios

Functional/ Domain expertise:-

• Understanding of wind/ solar plant working is a must
• Participated in some digital transformation/enablement exercise in organization
• Basic understanding of work of Data Scientists & Data engineering roles is a plus
• Experience in agile working methodology would be a plus
• Experience with tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Monday would be a plus

Communication skills:-

• Ability to communicate with cross functional roles is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good presentation skills

Teamwork:-

• Ability to work as a self-motivated team player
• Has worked in large teams with an agile setup in the past
• Handle multiple projects across intra and inter-department teams
