Job Description

  • To Manage and develop Region as short and long term objectives of the business.
  • Manage Key channel relationship.
  • To support, monitor, achieve business plan and implement strategy for channel.
  • To achieve respective sales targets for each product category thru various support programs.

Duties & Responsibility:-

  • Build sales pipeline through initiatives, research, development and effective marketing of new areas for opportunity in R.O business.
  • Report the revenue and profitability status to Country Sales Head /NSM on a continuous basis.
  • Actively manages the growth and development of team members based on their needs, experience, motivation and business requirements.
  • Provide feedback to team from time to time about their performance, areas of strength and improvemen.
  • 5-Region Business target achievement – Sales, Collection & Forecasting.
  • Channel Network Expansion / Correction Strategy – Channel mapping, Development & Expansion of distribution network through Dealers, Chain Stores, B2B etc.
  • Promotions – Execution of BTL and support marketing for Branding activities to enhance visibility.
  • Manage all incentive, joint marketing programs with channel to sell more & penetrate into new areas within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure that Nasaka products are the first choice in the channel vis a vis the competition.
  • Inventory, AR, Model Mix Availability.
  • Monitor Distributor and dealer Stock movement & Secondary / Tertiary Sales.
  • Conduct Distributor / Dealer meets and training programs.


  • MBA ( Sales & Marketing )


  • Min 12+ Years.
  • Relevant companies Consumer Durable / Appliance and Water Purifier with above Exp.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong analytics.
  • Should be able to give presentations to senior management.
