BIM Modeller-Electrical

As BIM Modeller MEP you will join our global team of experts and will report to Head of Tunnels, BIM-MEP, Tunnels and Underground Structures. You will work on projects with multiple disciplines involved like MEP, Structures, Architecture, Geo and will:

• Develop Revit models for MEP Services (Electrical & ELV, HVAC, PH & FF) from concept stage to detail design stage
• Prepare SLD drawings for all MEP services
• Expert knowledge of Modelling and preparation of drawings of Electrical Services (Cable tray, Lighting, Power Layout, Single Line Diagram (SLD), Earthing Layout, Lightning Layout plan and section, and its installation details) and ELV (Electrical Low voltage) – CCTV, PAVA, Fire Alarm, Access Control System and Intrusion Detection System, BMS & SCADA, Data & Telecommunication, Voice Communication, Digital Signage System
• Have good knowledge on preparing Revit families
• Coordination and clash resolution of MEP disciplines in Navisworks
• Should have good understanding of Design
• Coordinating with design engineer for the information required to prepare Revit models and generate drawings as required

Qualification And Experience:-

• Hold a Diploma/Engineering graduate in Electrical/Mechanical with 3 - 5 years of experience in BIM Modelling
• Advanced working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks software
• Experience on Dynamo, MicroStation, AECOSIM will be an added advantage
• Have good understanding of design concept of any one discipline (HVAC/PL & FF/Elec)
• Have good understanding of BIM Standards and workflow
