Job Description

Job Description & Responsibilities tasks:-

  • Candidate Must have graduation in engineering (Civil / Mechanical) with certification in project management (added advantage)
  • A work experience of 4-5 year’s is preferable after graduation, at least 1-2 years’ experience in project management in civil engineering
  • Experience in Telecom site audit inspections through visual observations, NDT methods.
  • Detailed understanding of structural drawings, basic engineering approach are prerequisite.
  • Candidate shall be well versed with project management skills – Effective communication, stake holder management, risk assessment with self-driving through engineering thought process.
  • Candidate willing to travel with in India or abroad based on necessity.
  • Computer skills – MS Excel, Word, Presentation & Preparation of Data Analytics
  • Should have knowledge on Indian construction, safety standards – civil structures (Steel / concrete)

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Effective Management of circle – management of Projects, Project Team
  • Responsible for project management in the circle, guiding project staff to meet defined objectives (Defined SLA, Quality, Business targets)
  • Random site inspection (Climbing towers) for quality assurance of project staff on monthly basis, identify gaps and further improvement of quality results.
  • Understand detailed scope of projects, aligning team for defined project objectives.
  • Timely reporting to central office on safety / quality / technical issues during project execution
  • Timely Invoicing of completed projects, prepare business forecast and drive team efficiency
  • Conduct monthly meetings with customers, understand requirements and align project staff as per client requirements.
  • Will be report to project in charge / respective team leader

  • Structured working style with result-oriented approach
  • Should be able to build and maintain good relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent in English skills oral and written is very important and a requirement
