Detailed Knowledge of ASME codes, with hands on experience for the shop floor NDT’S Should be convergent with SS food grade fabrication and knowledge of ASME – BPE standard Should have MR certification to lead the Manufacturing Operation -ISO audit and certification Should work in QARA Controlling and responsible for the QA documents Should be people manager leading dynamic team towards the result.     Perform and manage the supplier evaluation and approval process including supplier audits as required. Should handle product complaint, perform investigations and reporting findings and conclusions Initiate non conformance reports (NCR) as required and follow-up as necessary Conduct periodic product complaint handling meetings and corrective actions as required Manage and maintain Corrective and Preventive Action System (CAPA) system. Conduct CAPA update meetings as required and drive the improvement results Should have effective verbal, written, analytical, computer, and group interpersonal skills and the ability to organize and prioritize work and to meet deadlines

Perform internal quality surveys (ISO 9001) and audits for assuring that the requirements of the Quality. System are being attained. (ISO certification) Perform all the internal and external audit. Verify vendor quality audit score card and drive the improvement to meet the corporate Goal. Attend Corporate, vendor and customer quality management meeting. Drive customer complaint effectively with countermeasures to meet the customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:-

• People leader managing Manufacturing (Direct, Indirect) Operation QC and QARA spending 100% of time for the Manufacturing plant.
• He will be traveling domestic as well as global as per the business need.

Qualifications:-

• BE-Mechanical with minimum experience of 12-14 years.
• BE-Production with minimum experience of 12-14 years.
• (Preference: Having hands on Experience to manage the in-house shop floor and third-party inspection of pressure vessel, machine component, formed components of diff. metallurgy etc.)
