- Generate & Develop leads-Ability to find new and newer customers for the products handled.
- Prospecting & generating business from new customers.
- Responsible for complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order booking.
- Nurturing, building & maintaining relationship with major customers.
- Create rapport and manage expectations of the client and have continuous relationship.
- Reporting of Sales Activities & to provide update of the sales funnel regularly-reviewed weekly.
- Make presentations, attend techno-commercial discussions & negotiations.
- Achieve Sales goals on Monthly/Quarterly /Yearly Basis.
- Preform competitor analysis and keep HO updated about competitor activity in the region.
- Assist Collection of Payment and Statutory Documents.
Job Requirements:-
- Ability to travel extensively to support internal & External Customers.
- Ability to Multi-task, with effective time management for meeting deadlines.
- Should have effective business oral & written communication skills.
- Minimum of 4 years proven outside direct institutional sales experience.
- Ability to call confidently on the highest-level decision makers in an organization for each represented area; for example, Project Managers, VP Purchase, Head Electrical etc.
- Demonstrate success at working in a fast-paced, highly-competitive, deadline-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated individual who exhibits a sense of urgency in all sales- and service-related activities.
- Should be able to convince customers and have attitude to cross all hurdles.
- Should have a go better approach.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
