Associate Vice President – Project Management

Project Construction activities for Common Infrastructure like Seawater Desalination plant, Seawater Supply and Return header,Common Roads, Draings, ETP, STP network, Construction enabling activities, Electrical Switchyard/ Substation development, OSBL piperack, piping and other OBL infrastructure.
This position will be responsible for all Infrastructure and OSBL Project work including Substation, Desalination plant, Seawater Intake and Return pipelines, including coordination for project Management, Engineering Management, Contractor/ Vendor Management and site management. The Cell & Module  plant is a solar manufacturing plant which is forward integration of Ingot & wafer plant.. . The person should have hands on experience to drive the Engineering coordination &  Construction work as per set targets with utmost safety and quality. He needs to coordinate with Consultant/ Engineering team/TC team and lead the site Mehanical  team of Cell & Module for timely completion of the installation and commissioning work.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Strategic Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties Contractors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project construction t scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client, relevant stakeholders & third parties/vendors
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Use and continually develop leadership skills
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

• B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical/Electrical  Engineer (Full Time)

• 15 – 18 Years experience in Infrastructure projects.
