Job Description

This is a Associate Technical Specialist role, reporting to R&D Team Manager for Electrification Business Area for Distribution Solutions Division based in Bangalore. You will be responsible to continuously create new technology based innovation by contributing extensively to successful Product releases for Electrification Business.

Responsibilities:-

  • Involve in Electronics Hardware design, development & validation activities. It demands engineer’s involvement from requirement analysis till product release which gives an opportunity of knowing complete product development lifecycle. Engineers shall have good fundamentals of electronics.
  • Propose innovative solutions for customer requirements.
  • Collaborate well with the team , to deliver the product releases on time, with good quality.
  • Align with assigned targets (time, cost, quality) and complete project deliverables.
  • Demonstrates sound understanding and usages of R&D processes and tools.

Qualification And Experience:-

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical engineering
  • Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience
  • Should have experience on electronics Hardware design requirement analysis, design, development & validation including type test.
  • Should have good experiences in HW component selection, Schematics for SMPS / power supply design, Analog HW design. Defining current transformer / sensor specs & design. HW module verification. Hands on experience of HW design tool like PADs, OrCAD
  • Knowledge of PCB layout design and verification Knowledge of IEC standards for EMI/EMC testing of electronics relays.
