AESL Commissions 2500 MW Green Evacuation System in Tamil Nadu
Responsibilities:-
- To follow and implement Solar Project Safety Management System at respective workareas.
- Responsible for supporting contractor for developing OHS documents (RA, OHS Plan, Training Plan, JSA)
- Coordinate and implement safety initiatives at site engaging contractors.
- Organize safety meetings with contractors and contractor safety team.
- Ensure the implementation of trade validation, RAG and other safety tools.
- Ensure the mass TBT, Mass Housekeeping, Contractor and employee motivation program.
- Impart safety training to the employees across the organizational levels and at all worksites and organize Tool Box Talks.
- Digital implementation of Gensuite
- Drive safety induction program through site safety team.
- Preparing weekly and monthly MIS, its review and submission.
- Hazard identification risk assessment and control measures for critical and non critical activities.
- Contractor evaluation system and their improvement action plans.
- Implementation of policies, procedures, safety manuals and on-site emergency plans.
- Selection of suitable personal protective equipment for procurement.
- Vendor development and function specific procurement (NFA,PO, PRs). SAP related works.
- Implementation of Safety promotional campaign.
- Incident Investigation and CAPA deployment for preventing reoccurrence.
- Records and analysis of UA/UC and corrective actions.
- To assist side safety lead for ensuing safe working environment.
Qualifications and Experience:-
- Educational Qualification: Recognised full time Engineering Degree/Diploma and Full time ADIS/PDIS preferebly from CLI/RLI. Additional advantage for CSP,CMIOSH, NEBOSH, Lead Auditor in OHSAS18001, ISO45000 etc.
