WSP Recruitments Associate - Energy Job in Bangalore, India

We are looking for Lead or Energy tean in Bengaluru/ Noida location
The candidate should have knowledge in both primary & secondary detailed engineering of EHV substations and subject matter expert at least one of them.
Candidate expertise in detailed design of electrical substation facilities including Single Line Diagram, Protection Single Line diagram, General Arrangement layout, Sectional Layout, Erection key diagram, Direct Stroke Lightning protection, LT AC/DC diagrams, Lighting, ground mat design, Power One Line diagram, schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, Panel GA drawing, BOM of P&C Panel, LT AC/DC diagrams.
Preparation of project specifications for material and equipment purchase and installation.
Preliminary and detailed design engineering for renewable energy and battery storage electrical collection systems
Preliminary and detailed design engineering for transmission and “gen tie” lines
Act as “Engineer of Record” to oversee design process.
Perform and oversee electrical power systems studies using ETAP, SKM, PSS/E, ASPEN and other software programs as may be necessary to support the design and interconneciton coordination processes.
Delivery of accurate and thorough designs that will meet industry standards and specifications, and meet good engineering practice with excellent constructability.
Review of internal and external designs for code compliance, good design practice and constructability.
Resolving site queries during the construction phase of projects.
Maintaining complete project documentation with respect to substation design and construction, including all completion packages, as-built requirements and return data information.
Making and maintaining appropriate commitments to project teams and coordinating design activities with multi-disciplined project team members.
Maintaining good working relationships with internal groups that support projects.
Maintaining good working relationships with material suppliers, contractors, and any others that affect the quality, schedule and cost of projects.
Mentoring and providing guidance to developing engineers within the department.
Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
