Job Description

  • Report to the Global E&D Leader while managing stakeholders like local product development team leaders, local EICP management and global business leaders
  • Develop strategies towards talent development and aligning the vision of product groups
  • Establish synergy and drive collaboration between different business units to deliver increased value to organization
  • Identify and implement plans for technical competency development at EICP
  • Establish common work processes and tracking mechanisms across business units for projects/ programs performance metrics/dashboards
  • Set the goals and mentor local business leaders to build capabilities, benchmark industry best practices and technologies for speeding up product development
  • Periodic talent review to develop succession planning and future leaders
  • Nurture innovative and quality development culture within organization
  • Maintain healthy retention percentage within group
  • Develop business continuity plan to ensure seamless operations

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:-

  • B.E./ B.Tech./ M.E./ M.Tech in Electronics/ Mechanical engineering
  • 8 to 10 years in Leadership role
  • Ability to flex working hours to accommodate global time differences

 PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:-

  • Experience leading and executing engineering project teams that developed new products
  • Experience in relevant technologies and functions
  • Knowledge and use of New Product Development staged gate Agile processes
  • Experience working with international teams
  • Excellent presentation and persuasion skills
